A friend of mine made a Gluten Free French toast bake using the summer berry dip mix.
very easy!
Used Scharr gluten free rolls, mixed 6 eggs, 1/2 cup goat milk - or whatever kind of milk you can have, splash of vanilla, 3 tbsp summer berry and then a 1/2 cup so delicious vanilla yogurt. Let soak for about an hour then bake at 350°.
She said it was so good she forgot to take a picture of the finished product.
