Homemade Bagels

Who knew homemade bagels could be so easy?

Finally made Bagels Sooo good. GLUTEN FREE!! They were super easy- used our Silicone Bagel & Donut Pan- I didn't even put cream cheese on these.

For some I added Belgian chocolate(40% off this month) to others, just put the Everything Bagel seasoning. Check out some of the easy recipes! They had the best flavor. A little crisp on the outside and soft on the inside!! YES!!! GLUTEN FREE!!!

Check out his recipe:

Uses Epicure Carmel sauce, apple 

 pie and chocolate truffle.

1 cup of flour

1 cup of greek yogurt

1 tbsp of apple spice in batter

1 1/2 tsp of baking powder

Add caramel and truffle on bagel before cooking

Cook at 400 for 20 to 23 min

I love our Meat Separator. So many uses for it.  What is different about ours is that the ends are tapered and it really does a great job of separating the meat without having to bang real hard and without destroying any of your pots.  I use this all the time in my ceramic Wok and in my silicone steamer.
