Ingredients
Preparation
- Drain and rinse chickpeas; place in a large bowl. Add seasoning; stir to combine.
- In Sauté Pan, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add chickpea mixture; cook, stirring occasionally, until heated through, about 6 min. Remove from heat. Slice lemon in half. Using 2-in-1 Citrus Press, squeeze in juice; stir to combine.
- Dice pepper and onion.
- To assemble, make eight stacks of two lettuce leaves. Add about 1⁄2 cup chickpea and seasoning mixture to each stack. Top with peppers, onion, and cheese.

Drink Mixers
To celebrate July we have some amazing drink mixers!! We’ve got Bloody Mary mix, Bloody Mary rim seasoning and Margarita rim seasoning. Omg!!!!! I’ll be scooping it all of them!

Preparation
- Pour Bloody Mary Rim Trimmer™ into a saucer. Rim two glasses with a lime wedge. Dip rims into Trimmer and twist to coat evenly.
- Fill glasses with ice. Divide beer between glasses, then pour in Clamato. Shake in dashes of hot sauce and Worcestershire sauce.
- Grind Pepper over top and garnish with lime wedges.

You Can Make Anything Vegetarian

Preparation
- Preheat oven to 400° F. Generously oil Muffin Maker. Set aside.
- Drain crab meat well. Set aside.
- In a bowl, whisk together egg, mayonnaise, and seasoning. Fold in crab meat. Don’t overmix; leave some chunks.
- Divide mixture evenly between 6 wells in Muffin Maker. Press to lightly pack.
- Bake 15 min, or until cooked through and tops are golden-brown.
- Let cool slightly before unmolding.

Ingredients
Toppings (optional): fresh basil leaves, grated Parmesan
Preparation
- Preheat grill to medium-high.
- Chop green onions; place in a large bowl and add beef and seasoning. Using a fork or your hands, gently mix to combine. Form into 4 patties.
- Grill, with lid closed, 4–5 min or until cooked through. Add cheese for the last 1 min of cooking. While burgers are cooking, measure sauce into a Rectangular Steamer. Cover; microwave on high until hot, 1–2 min.
- To serve, place burgers on bottom bun halves. Generously spoon sauce over top. Add toppings, if desired. Cover with top bun.

Tips
To test burgers for doneness, insert an instant read thermometer sideways into the burger. It should register 160° F.
Try Marinara Sauce. Follow label directions—all you need is 1 can (28 oz/796 ml) each crushed and diced tomatoes, plus 3 tbsp of the blend. Simmer for 15 minutes and you’ll have 6 cups of sauce ready to go! Portion and freeze leftovers.

Vegetarian Mexican Feast
Made the quickest and best Saturday Night Meal: Black bean quesadillas with Creamy Nacho Sauce and Pineapple Salsa
Now for the Quesadilla Recipe:
Ingredients
Preparation
- Line a Sheet Pan with a Sheet Pan Liner. Preheat oven to 400° F.
- Meanwhile, in bowl, stir together mayonnaise with dip mix. Set aside.
- Drain and rinse beans.
- Arrange tortillas on pan. Spread dip on half of each tortilla. Top with beans and cheese, then fold tortillas over filling.
- Bake for 10 min or until cheese melts and tortillas are light golden.
- Meanwhile, prepare salsa. Dice tomato; place in a bowl and stir in salsa mix. Using the 2-in-1 Citrus Press, squeeze in 1 tsp lime juice. Stir to mix.
- Cut tortillas into wedges and serve with salsa.
