Chicken Souvlaki in 20 minutes

Join me as I whip up a greek-inspired dish. I would never have had the spices to make this at home. Love Epicure for giving me the ability to cook things from around the world and get us out of our dinner rut!  I did this both vegetarian and with chicken.  Epicure really is for everyone.  We don't like tomatoes, so I added Zucchini and extra peppers.  Make it however you and your family will eat it.

My First Cooking class

Below is the link to my first cooking class. Leave a comment below to be entered into this week's prize drawing.
