Another Use For a New Favorite

There are tons of great recipes on my epicure site at suzannedekorsi.epicure.com but our consultants come up with amazing recipes on their own.  Check this one out for a healthy twist on a burger!

Cuban Mojo Chicken Burgers.   You can bake these, fry them, or throw them on the grill.  Use Ground chicken, beef, or burger substitute.  The sauce is amazing- don't forget the sauce⬇️

Cuban Mojo Baked Chicken Burgers

Burgers

2 lbs ground chicken

2 eggs

1 pack crispy crunchy coating

1/2 cup GF panko crumbs

3 tbsp Cuban Mojo mix

1 cup chopped spinach

Mix together and form patties using the Burger press, lay on Sheet Pan with Liner and Bake at 450* for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.

Cuban Mojo Sauce

1/2 cup mayo

1/2 cup plain yogurt of your choice

1 tbsp Cuban Mojo

1 tsp Minced Garlic

1 lime juiced

1 orange juiced

Salt and Pepper to taste.

I layered my Burger like this

Lettuce

Honey Mustard

Chicken Burger

Melted sharp cheddar cheese

Red onions

Pickles

Tomato

Creamy Cuban Mojo Sauce

Lettuce

What an amazing dinner! I love the Burger seasoning, but this is definitely going in our summer rotation! Perfect for company! Whip up some of our potato salad or coleslaw with Epicures own blends and this is a great Meal!
